**Return Policy for Skincare Products**
At Renova, we want you to love your skincare products. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help!

**Return Window**: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your items.

**Eligibility**:
- **Unused Products**: Unopened and unused products can be returned for a full refund.
- **Opened Products**: If you’ve opened a product but it’s less than 50% used, you may return it for store credit or an exchange.
**Non-Returnable Items**:
- Final sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.

**How to Return**:
1. Please email our customer support team at info@renovamedco.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
2. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.
3. Pack your products securely and include the original packing slip or a note with your order number.
**Refund Process**: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.
